Merry Christmas to all!!!

CHRISTMAS is such a great day of the year- Children get presents, families get together, enemies tolerate each other, and everyone eats well. I love Christmas for all these reasons and because it is the day that the entire Christian world sets aside to celebrate the only God coming to earth as a human. Why? Because He loved us enough to walk among us, live life with us, and suffer the ultimate death so that He could be punished for the wrong things that we do. I think that is why it is so magical- because God came to be one of us. Imagine the feelings, emotions, and thoughts Joseph and Mary must have had knowing that this little baby that they held and cared for was God on earth. And that is why the star in the sky was so important, it was the signal to point the way to Him. I place a lot of importance in the star, it is the last decoration put up because after all is said and done I want my children to know that they are that star- special, bright, created with a purpose, and they are able to point others to Him.
Christmas is so special to me and I do everything I can to make it magical for my children. May all who ever have and will visit my blog have a very Merry Magical Christmas.
