Here it is!!! The first finished block for Rebekah's Princess Crazy Quilt. Your eyes do not deceive you... the princess went from being a blonde to a brown. My Rebekah has beautiful blonde hair and while I have nothing against blonde (mine is blonde) I just thought that for the first block this princess needs to have brown curls. The left is simply decorated with sequins, beeds and a few accesories. Then we have a couple seam treatments and the beautiful (I brag) thread painted flowers. I love doing those. The yellow one, of course, is not. It was already on printed the fabric. The cream one is a favorite of mine. I added white in the petals to give it a more 3 dimension. Anyway, I can't wait to see what the entire quilt will look like done. Enjoy.
